Support the Fund for LSSU, the Bud Mansfield Student Emergency Fund, and Laker Club from February 1 – May 1
The Fund for LSSU uses annual gifts to LSSU to address the university’s areas of greatest need and opportunity. The annual fund campaign allows donors to make a difference at LSSU. Gifts to the Fund for LSSU help underwrite projects that support or enhance education and the student experience.
Through a grant process, students and full-time faculty and staff can apply to use funds from the Fund for LSSU for projects that support or enhance student education and the student experience at LSSU. The projects must fall under one of the four pillars: philanthropy, infrastructure, enrollment, and student professional development.
Financial emergencies happen, and many times when it is least expected. The Bud Mansfield Student Emergency Fund was set up in 2001 to assist under-resourced students in times of need. Many times, these funds can be the difference between staying enrolled, and leaving Lake Superior State University.
The LSSU Laker Club is the principal fundraising initiative for athletics at Lake Superior State University. Our aim is to ensure a financially stable and highly competitive program for all of our men’s and women’s teams.
Laker Club members are able to designate gifts to a specific sport, or choose to support athletics as a whole. Join Laker Club and make an impact today!
Clara’s Challenge is a mini-campaign within the Superior Give-A-Thon to raise $5,000 for CFRE Hatchery students to fund their research projects through the Fund for LSSU.
